Shipping Policy
We put every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Ontario time.  Orders placed after 12:00pm may be shipped the following day. During busy periods, it may take up to 3 business days for your order to ship. If it takes more than 3 business days for our order to ship for any reason, you will be notified via email.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund the full cost of the item excluding the shipping costs.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 6 business days from the refund confirmation, please check with your bank or credit card provider since processing times can vary. If you’ve done that and the refund is not reflected on your account, please contact us at sales@canmed.com and we'll be happy to assist you to make sure you receive your refund.

Sale Items
Unfortunately, all sale items are subject to final sale and not eligible for any returns or exchanges.

Exchanges & Shipping
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item, please send us an email at sales@Canmedterpenes.com with the exchange details and return your item to:

Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable and we don't cover return shipping fees. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service to return your item or to purchase shipping insurance since we can't guarantee that we receive non-insured, non-trackable shipping items.
